In many ways customer service has been turned upside down as a result of the loss, stress, and subsequent new norms related to the global pandemic. In many ways customer service interactions have become difficult to navigate or met with long waiting times to obtain assistance. This however was NOT our experience as a first time client to Furever Bookkeeping. Professionalism coupled with just good ole kindness towards another was extended throughout the process. Kendra and team did a fantastic job helping my firm get back on track and I’m immensely grateful. I look forward to working with Furever Bookkeeping in the future.
