My Discovery process when we first speak, immediately starts to give you peace of mind and includes a comprehensive financial analysis of your books and your business accounting. This can be inside of Quickbooks or your selected bookkeeping and business accounting software. I’ll review files for accuracy, review your chart-of-accounts, bill pay, expense categorization, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and more. I’ll deliver my analysis in a comprehensive email with estimates on the next three stages. Need a CPA too? No problem. I’ve got one in-house!
Phase 2: Worry Free Catch-Up & Clean-Up Work
Upon Service Agreement execution, I’ll immediately dig into the trenches beginning the clean-up and catch-up process presenting finished and ongoing work products via a detailed Profit & Loss and Your Balance Sheet through our real time Portal where you’re alerted for review. Work such as: clearing out all ‘messy’ transactions, performing reconciliations no matter how far back, re-aligning charts of accounts, correcting balance sheets, and everything else that fine tunes a well run business business.
Phase 3: Improve Processes – the Confidence Builder
Once your books are current and clean, I’ll implement improvements to each process so you can keep more money in your business and use it as you see fit. These improvements are considered medium- to long-term projects, since they involve multiple aspects of your books and accounts.
